These terms apply to your use of www.verobeachmedicalspa.com (the "website"), run by Vero Beach Medical Spa ("we" or "us"), 4877 Jimmy Buffett Mem Hwy, Vero Beach, FL 32963. By using the website, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

These terms cover the website only. They don't govern the medical care you receive from us. Your care is governed by the consent forms and agreements you sign with us, professional standards and the law.

Information only, not medical advice

Everything on this website, including treatment descriptions, videos and answers to common questions, is general information. It is not medical advice, and it isn't a substitute for an in-person evaluation by a qualified healthcare provider. Don't start, stop or change any treatment or medication based on what you read here. Not every treatment is right for every person.

No patient relationship through the website

Using this website, sending a callback request, signing up for our emails or booking online does not, by itself, make you our patient or create a provider-patient relationship. Booking or requesting an appointment is a request for an evaluation. One of our providers decides, after evaluating you, whether a treatment is right for you and whether we can provide your care.

Emergencies

This website is not for emergencies. If you think you're having a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room. Results vary

Results differ from person to person, and we can't guarantee any outcome, number of sessions or recovery time. The before-and-after photos on this site show individual results and are not a promise of what you'll see. The patient reviews we quote reflect individual experiences and may be shortened without changing their meaning. You can read our reviews on Google (opens in a new tab). Some images on this site are AI-generated and shown for illustration only; they are not photos of our patients and don't show actual treatment results.

Prices, offers and memberships

Prices and offers on the website can change and may contain errors. We confirm your price at your consultation or before your treatment. Offers have the conditions stated with them. Memberships, including our direct primary care membership, are set up under a written agreement. If the agreement and the website differ, the agreement applies. Our direct primary care membership uses a direct health care agreement, which is not health insurance.

Booking online

Online booking runs on AestheticsPro, a third-party scheduling provider. When you book, AestheticsPro's own terms and privacy policy also apply. Cancellation rules are the ones shown when you book or given to you by our office. We can't promise the booking system will always be available or error-free. Callback requests and email

Please don't send medical information, like symptoms, conditions or medications, through our callback form, email signup or email. We'll cover those privately at your visit. Our forms use automatic spam filters, so a request may occasionally not reach us. If you don't hear back, or if it's time-sensitive, please call. You can unsubscribe from our emails at any time. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle the information you send.

Your health information

Information we receive as your healthcare provider is not covered by these terms or our website Privacy Policy. Ask us at the office or at contact@verobeachmedicalspa.com how we handle it. Information collected through the website is covered by our Privacy Policy.

Using the website

Please use the website only for lawful, personal purposes. Don't:

• send false information, or submit a form or sign up using someone else's name, phone number or email address;
• send spam, or try to overload, disrupt or break into the website or the services it uses;
• copy or collect content or data from the site with automated tools, including for training AI models;
• use the site in a way that breaks the law or harms other people.

Our content

The text, photos, videos, logos and design of this website are content we own or are permitted to use. They are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may view and share pages for your own personal, non-commercial use. Please don't copy, change or republish our content without our written permission.
