• Online booking: appointments are booked through AestheticsPro, our scheduling provider. The details you enter there are handled under their privacy policy and our patient records policies.

Please don't send medical information, such as symptoms, conditions or medications, through the website. We'll cover those privately at your visit.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, we use cookies and similar tools to understand how people use the site, so we can improve it. These record things like the pages you visit, how you got here, your device and browser type, and your approximate location (city level). We use:

• Google Analytics for visit and page statistics.
• Microsoft Clarity for anonymous recordings of how pages are used, such as scrolling and clicks. Our forms are hidden from these recordings.
• Ahrefs Web Analytics for privacy-friendly visit counts.

The website uses an encrypted (HTTPS) connection, and access to the information you send us is limited to our team and the providers named above. No method of sending information over the internet is completely secure, so please don't send sensitive details through the website.

Children
